Cash on Delivery
Delivery charges of Rs 300 are paid by bank transfer in advance to confirm a COD order. The rest is paid in cash when your parcel arrives.
7-Day Defect Guarantee
Stitched and unstitched women’s suits can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Take clear photos
Photograph the damage or defect, the full article, and the packaging it arrived in.
Message us within 7 days
Send your order number and the photos on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
We make it right
Once we review and approve your claim, we'll arrange a replacement or refund with you.
